We provide professional pressure washing and related exterior cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. All services are subject to availability and scheduling confirmation.
All estimates provided are free and based on the information you share.
Final pricing may vary depending on actual site conditions or additional requests.
We reserve the right to revise quotes after on-site inspection.
Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Missed appointments without notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
You must ensure clear access to the cleaning areas at the scheduled time.
D-1-2 TRUSS is not responsible for damage to unsecured items, fragile materials, or surfaces not suited for pressure washing.
It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any sensitive areas or prior damage.
Pressure washing services are weather-dependent. In case of unsafe weather (heavy rain, storms, etc.), appointments may be rescheduled for the next available slot.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other agreed methods.
Late payments may incur additional charges.
We stand behind our work. If you’re not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of service. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
D-1-2 TRUSS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services rendered.
